For the past five days I have not been able to get a roster sync with Infinite Campus OneRoster 1.2. I’ve tried to determine if this is related to Infinite Campus’ outage, but have not heard either way. Other Vendors have been able to sync with our Infinite Campus instance.
Is anyone else also experiencing this issue?

Are you attempting to sync the roster in Infinite Campus to Canvas for a specific course ? How are you attempting this process ? If student enrollments are not automatically updating to match the Infinite Campus roster, please reach out to Canvas support for assistance. Are you attempting to sync your grades in a specific our to the Infinite Campus grade book ?
