Searching for good strategies or a tool to manage multiple observations at once.
Scenario: A teacher is managing multiple students in a workshop and needs to acknowledge individual student achievement and make comment against identified performance tasks. Currently they are using a rubric attached to an assignment on a mobile device however the challenge is they must use the dropdown box, arrows or open multiple tabs. This can lead to confusion while undertaking multiple observations at once.
The unicorn solution: A way to mark off performance tasks against a group of students, acknowledging individual achievement, not a group assignment. Ideally a rubric (or similar) that lists the student group and tasks, feeding the marks into the speedgrader or individual assignment/rubric. We have explored the use of outcomes in this scenario however the challenge of how to mark individual achievement against a group of students remains.
