I am reaching out on behalf of Greenwood International School (https://gis-ae.instructure.com) regarding an ongoing issue within our Canvas LMS environment. The Commons feature does not appear in the Global Navigation menu and is currently not available or accessible to any users, including Admins and Teachers.
We would greatly appreciate your support in investigating this matter.

Thanks for reaching out on the Instructure Community.
Canvas Commons requires configuration by a Customer Success Manager, and is not available on Canvas instances by default. That being said, you need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager so they can set-up Commons for your institution's Canvas enviornment.
