[Assignments] Download submissions into student folders

I am a photo teacher. Each assignment has 5-7 files. I want to be able to download one section at a time and when I unzip the folder I want each student to have a folder with their name and inside the folders will be the files that are also renamed with the student's name. 

Moodle could do this and it was essential to our grading.

Having this as an option could help the course instructors.

Have raised a somewhat similar request for naming of the downloaded folders here-
For 'Files' section: change default name of the downloaded folders
