[Gradebook] Exported Gradebook Should Maintain User's Gradebook View Options

Problem statement:

A user can select "Export Current Gradebook View" but unfortunately that functionality does not produce the results one would expect. If the user has selected certain options under "Gradebook Settings>View Options" such as "Hide Assignment Group Totals" and/or "Hide Total Column," the user would expect that those columns would not appear when they "Export Current Gradebook View," but they do. Along with dozens and dozens of additional columns that do not match the actual "Current Gradebook View" in the UI.

Proposed solution:

There are lots of different ways to adjust what is visible in the gradebook (UI) - perhaps rather than trying to match each of those functions to an output in the Export CSV, there should be a separate workflow that simply allows the user to select which columns should be in the export before running the export. A common feature in other reporting tools.

I completely agree that the export should "Look Exactly Like Canvas Gradebook" (UI). But the way this idea was written didn't really cover all the different ways the export doesn't match the UI. I wanted to make sure that the settings under "View Options" were mentioned specifically.

There is another idea: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Ideas/Gradebook-Settings-Export-Single-assignment-from-Gra... that also gets at the point that the export contains way more columns than most people ever need. This is actually a big issue because teachers are intimidated and frustrated by this feature.

I think the solution to ALL these (related) problems is to simply allow the user to customize their export by selecting columns before the export.
