Arc Math Symbol in New Quizzes

Is there a way to enter an arc symbol over letters in new quizzes? I have tried entering the workaround in both the question body and answer choices. I have tried to put it in MathQuill as well, but I am not having much luck. The workaround I have been using is below.

I was able to find This article in the community about this. 

It looks like you can use Latex to put the arc over two letters.
