Archived Grades Missing

I've already submitted a support ticket for this and it has been attached to EVAL-2857.  I just wanted to see if anybody else was experiencing this and/or had specific information about a timeline on this. Our student support team is getting hammered with this question and this after putting an announcement in Canvas about this issue. 

For our online courses which are on rolling enrollment, we conclude students manually when they have finished the course. The completed grades are there before we conclude the student's enrollment, but once we conclude the enrollment, the grade report appears as N/A.
