Badgr images

Hi there I need to share my badgr link that includes badges I earned from my course at The Career Academy. Badgr is a great idea - but two days ago the images were there fine and yesterday and today some of the badges have an exclamation mark there. This is preventing me from wanting to share the link as it looks as though there are technical issues. Can someone help resolve this. That would be appreciated as I would like to use Badgr. Thank for posting this in the Canvas Community! I am sorry that you are having difficulty with your Badges from Badgr. 

I am unable to take a look at your specific examples of this unfortunately. Do you happen to have a screenshot of what you are seeing there? 

Some additional troubleshooting you could try: 

• I am assuming you have tried this, but wanted to include anyway. Do the badges load normally while using a different browser or in an incognito private browser window? If so, it might just be an issue with the browser you are using. This can sometimes happen if your browser is blocking a permission or even a cookie. You could try to clear your cache and check your browser permissions. Here are the canvas guides on clearing cache on MAC and PC. 
• If they don't load while using a different supported browser, it might actually be an issue with the physical badge that was issued to you. You should be able to contact canvas support to have them take a look into this with their Badgr Team if this is the case.
