I have a blueprint course associated to about 50 other courses. One of the teachers has edited their home page and now my blueprint syncs won't update his changed pages. Is there anyway to force an update so even changes made to pages by teachers will be overwritten?

From my quick test it looks like you could change the blueprint status for the page from "unlocked" to "locked" and then sync. This will remove any changes made to a page etc by a course teacher/designer. You could then reset this back to "unlocked".
It is not recommended to change this setting as it will overwrite the work the teacher has done, and can be very disempowering for the teacher who may have spent considerable time doing this home page.
It is suggested in other posts that notifying the teacher and requesting them to make the changes is a good process. Another option we have used is for the teacher to duplicate the page and copy/paste back changes after reset.
