Calendar Scheduler

Hello,

We do not have a scheduler option in our canvas calendar. I need to add this so my students can set up ZOOM appointments with me. As I searched Canvas, it said to ask Canvas administrator. I am one of them and do not know how to enable that feature. We also do not have a "Contact Canvas" button in a help section. I can't ask Canvas tech support. Any suggestions?

Hi @GaliyaMoldagulo.,

I do not recall doing anything special to enable the Scheduler functionality.

For you and potentially others, below are some links to the main guides/documentation related to the Scheduler (also referred to as "Appointment Groups") for the Canvas Calendar:

According to the the "What is the Scheduler?" guide, you need to contact your Instructure/Canvas Customer Success Manager. If you do not know who that is, I would recommend emailing support@instructure.com and ask for help with it.

Your CSM should also be able to help you restore any links that you do not have in the "Help" area of Canvas.
