Canvas Quizzes multiple dropdowns answers not showing

Hi 

I am trying to set up a quiz for my students. But when I want to add the answers and possible answers in then I can't as there are no spaces. When I add in answers then in preview it shows 3 blank spaces and then only the options I gave the learners. 

How can I delete the empty spaces? It does not show any options when I am in edit mode.

Please help me.

Normally, you would add answers using the "Add Another Answer" link at the bottom right corner of your question ... as shown in your attached screenshot.  This is also detailed in:

But, for some reason, the area to add your answers isn't working right for me, either.  I can add answers using the "Add Another Answer" link, but after I save the question and the quiz, when I return to edit that question again, my answers don't seem to be there.  It seems to me there is some kind of bug with this question type that should probably be reported to Canvas Support.  I would recommend that you do this ASAP so that Canvas engineers can take a look at this strange behavior.
