On every one of my courses (22/23 year, maybe previous years too) there are incorrect display properties - everything is jumbled up (assignment files for sure, maybe other things as well). Has anyone else experienced this issue in the past week and currently?
I'm an admin for my institution's Canvas instance, and I have not heard any reports of anything like this recently (or ever, honestly). Is there perhaps more than one teacher in your Canvas course shell that may be importing content into it without your knowledge? Can anyone post a screenshot of what you're seeing around this issue? The Canvas status page currently shows all green, but since a few people are reporting this it could be an undiscovered issue. I don't know if this is the same issue, but our Canvas is displaying the menu with odd alignments, and I know at least one teacher had an issue with how an assignment was displaying. I don't have screenshots for her, but she said it varied from student to student, all of whom were on class Chromebooks. I'm experiencing the menu issue (attached image) on my Dell laptop and desktop.
I'm having this problem too, both with my menu and with my assignment. The assignment I've attached was created back in the fall and looked normal prior to today.
Canvas support immediately know that the Read & Write extension is the issue when we call. We can confirm the issue and the fix (is to disable/remove the Read & Write extension for now).
