I can't log into canvas its just a blank white screen

There are a few things you can try on your own to resolve this:

• Clear your cache/history in your browser
  • How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
  • How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?
• Try using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
  • What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?

If you are able to see your Canvas Dashboard but do not see any courses displayed, it may be that your school has not enrolled you in your courses yet.  This would be a question for you to ask of your school's Canvas administrator.

Beyond that...if you are still having difficulties, you might want to contact Canvas Support.
