I am enrolled in Texas Teachers of Tomorrow and went to access my canvas to continue working on my courses and I get a failed to log in message that says Canvas doesn't have an account for my email. I was on it not even 30 minutes ago so I have no idea what happened.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Be aware that many institutions establish a portal to access their instance of Canvas. For example, my district uses https://sjsdcanvas.instructure.com/..... . If my students Google search for Canvas they access the login page for the free version of Canvas. It will produce the same error message you are receiving.
It appears that Texas Teachers of Tomorrow has the following Canvas link: https://teachersoftomorrow.instructure.com/
Try accessing it from that link. If that works, I'd suggest bookmarking that in your browser.
Hello @nathood
In addition to what @JeffCampbell has suggested, if that URL doesn't work you are welcome to contact Canvas Support directly and they can confirm if there is an actual account on file with them as there should be. If not, they can let you know and you may need to reach out to Texas Teachers of Tomorrow.

A few things come to mind:
1. Are you SURE you are using the correct email address?
2. Email the boss and ask for help.
3. Try again from a different computer.
4. Come back tomorrow and see if it is fixed.
