Change default time for assignment due dates

Can I change the default time for when assignments are due to something other than 11:59 pm?

Unfortunately, the default time setting is not configurable.  If you think that this is something that a lot of users could benefit from, I would recommend submitting a feature request:

Really hoping to get this idea up and running again. I know some of us definitely see the benefit for this for our K12 kiddos, especially if you could designate it by section within a particular course or in account settings.
