Classic Quiz qti no longer works with Respondus 4

Has Canvas recently changed their qti format? In the past I could export a quiz that used question groups and import it into Respondus 4. When I do that now I get the error when previewing the file: DynaZip UnZIP error: zip file structure invalid (problem extracting file(s)).

I was able to import a quiz qti that did not have question groups. This is an important feature for us. Many faculty are going back to paper exams because of increased cheating.

Hi @lherdan,

Classic Quizzes has been basically maintenance mode for quite a while now, meaning the only changes Instructure is making to that area are severe bug fixes.  I haven't noticed any mention of QTI changes, so my hunch is that the issue may be more on the Respondus side than in Canvas (but I'm obviously not 100% sure).  I'd recommend reaching our to Respondus support if you haven't yet to see what they say.  You should be able to provide them with the QTI zip file form Canvas so they can test it on their end.
