Course Navigation Menu is Missing

The Course Navigation Menu (i.e. the three lines/hamburger icon) is missing from a student's Canvas. They are unable to access assignments, modules etc. They are able to see it on the Canvas app but not in the web browser. They are using Chrome and have tried updating the browser, using a different laptop, clearing cache and disabling adblocker. What's also interesting is that they're missing the school logo at the top as well. Not too sure what could be causing this issue. Any help would be appreciated!

I would check with your Canvas administrators. It sounds like an administrative setting might have been changed. Perhaps they updated their global design for your site which caused the error.
