When I log in to my Canvas page, the following display pops-up and does not allow me to access my information and courses, what should I do?
Something does not appear to be loading correctly in your browser. Try refreshing your screen. If that does not help, you may need to reach out to your school's technology department. If you are a student, reach out to the teacher to let them know about the issue in case it is happening to other students too.

In addition to the information that @JeffCampbell provided, there is a write-up from @stuart_ryan called What to do when Canvas looks 'big' or 'zoomed in'!. Some of Stuart's information may also help you get this fixed on your end. Hope it will help a bit.
One of our users had the exact same problem and if I recall correctly clearing cache + cookies in the browser solved it.
