Discussion is not visible to learners

When in faculty view, I am able to view all the DQ's created for the course but for some reason only 6 DQs are showing to the students. There are no due dates assigned to these.

Hi @kucougars85,

Even though you said there are no due dates associated with the discussions, can you edit the discussion and see if it is perhaps only assigned to a single section of the course which the student in question may not be enrolled in?  That seems like the most likely scenario going on here to me.  Let us know what you find!

Besides what @chriscas mentioned, do you have them in modules? If they are in a module that has not been published for students to see, then can remain hidden even if it shows as published on Discussions. I have occasionally seen this happen with assignments if I create them in an unpublished module, then click "Save and Publish" when done editing it.
