Downloading recordings in Canvas

I am the course coordinator, can I download collaborate ultra recordings within the Canvas LMS?

Hello  @gerrit_dewaal  and welcome to the Community!  Collaborate Ultra is not a Canvas product but as you mentioned does integrate with Canvas.  I found a website about Collaborate Ultra that may answer your question, https://help.blackboard.com/Collaborate/Ultra/Moderator/Moderate_Sessions/Recordings, as down toward the bottom of the page it discussed downloading recordings.  It sounds as though moderators should have the ability to download the video file, but this may depend on how the system is set up as well.  We don't have Ultra at my institution or I would check! Someone in IT or a Canvas administrator at your institution may be able to tell you how to go about downloading the video file if it doesn't appear to be an option based on the guide's instructions.

Thanks for your response Eric. I subsequently changed the ability to download in Sttings and was able to download my recordings. It took a bit of searching where to change the settings, but it worked out all good. Thanks again.
