Grades not showing the grades grid for one instructor

One instructor is having this issue (see screenshot). Grades show only the students' names down the side and the assignment names across the top but the grades table/grid is not populating.

When I view the course, I can see everything. When I impersonate the instructor, I see what is in the screenshot. When I impersonate the other instructor who is in the course, I see everything.

I don't think this is a computer or browser issue since I am having two different experiences, one as myself and one impersonating the instructor, within the same browser on the same computer.

Does anyone have any potential solutions?

Hi @LynnLease,

Without seeing more information, the first couple things that I would check as a Canavs admin would be:

• Which section(s) is the teacher enrolled in?  Does it match the sections other teachers who can see the grades are enrolled in?
• What role does this teacher have?  Is it possible they have a different role in Canvas than other teachers, and that role has grade permissions restricted?

Let us know if either of these things end up being the issue or not so someone may be able to offer more suggestions.
