File Upload Issues

Multiple faculty on Canvas are having issues uploading Files (please see attached screenshots). We've tried the following:

  • different browser
  • "incognito" mode
  • clearing cache
  • checked that file sizes and storage limits haven't been reached

Hi @NanditaDinesh,

I haven't had any reports of an issue like this from faculty or students at my institution, nor have I seen anything posted on the Instructure status page.  For errors like this, I would definitely suggest that you contact Canvas support so they can investigate the problem and determine if there is a local system issue or what is going on.
