A student in one of our courses has received the error 'Grader limit has been reached. No further feedback required' on at least two occassions while using the student annotation tool to submit their work. The student is able to submit their work after exiting and reloading the page and restarting the work using student annotation, however in doing so they lose their previous work.
I have tried using student view and attempted to use the annotation tool to see if the page would max out at a certain amount of characters, but I was unable to replicate the error.
I have been unable to find reference to a similar error message in the guides or question forum - any help would be appreciated.
Hi Patricia, we've had this as well here in Sweden on Feb. 22, 2024. We haven't found anything that explains it, but as I was searching here, I think it's linked to the "rate limit exceeded" thread. I took a screenshot of the top of the thread and added the link here...
I also have the screenshot of the message one of the teachers received here, as well as the error notice, in Swedish.
It is odd... and I do think it's just an error that resolves itself, as we've not seen it again since, so we've closed the case for now.
... hope this helped. ~Teri
Swedish - Grader limit...
Bumping this thread because I just had a few students encounter this even though I've been using the tool for years and never had this issue.
