Hello,
Today, some of our courses lost the ability to view the grading scheme before faculty submit grades to the SIS. When clicking on the final grade, it now shows as "No info."
Because of this, faculty are unable to submit grades, and the grades are due soon. Typically, the faculty select the grade as shown in the second screenshot (attached).
Has anyone encountered this issue before, and does anyone know what might have caused it or how to resolve it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

The screenshot you attached here looks like it may be a Canvas integration perhaps provided by your SIS or custom made by your school/institution. If I'm correct about that, the issue is probably something the developer of that tool is going to need to look in to to figure out if there's a new bug in Canvas or their own code and then work to address it appropriately. I'd definitely suggest getting in touch with your school/institution Canvas team (usually in the eLearning / IT / Digital Education areas) as they'll likely be the first ones who need ot troubleshoot and assess the situation. Unfortunately, the members in the Instructure Community here don't have any access to your specific Canvasd environment or account, and probably do not have this exact integration, so it's going to be very hard to get additional help here.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Canvas instance integrates with Colleague SIS. I have submitted a ticket regarding this issue and am still waiting for a response.
