I created an assignment and said that it was a group assignment. I had it split the class into 7 groups, how do I see which students are in each group?
Hello @StacieGroll ...
Groups are included in your "People" page of your course. You would see a tab which Canvas calls a Group Set. In your Group Set, you would have your groups with the students in them. For example, your Group Set name might be the actual name of your assignment. Then, within that Group Set, you could create groups of students. Maybe you'd have something like "Blue Team", "Green Team", "Red Team", etc. You could put your students in each of those teams. You could also have another Group Set on your "People" page for a completely different assignment. And then, you could set up groups for that assignment as well that were completely different than the groups you created for the first assignment. Here are some helpful Guides for you to look at:
Hopefully this will be enough to get you started. Let Community members know if you have any other questions about this...thanks!
