HELP! error: expected a preflightResponse

WHAT IS THIS?????

It is happening to one of our teachers.

It isn't the document as I (an Admin) can upload and the happens regardless of the file attempted.

It isn't a file space issue for the course or user.

HELP HELP HELP!!!!!

Hello @bturney 

It looks like you are seeing an error listing: error: expected a preflightResponse. I have never encountered this error, which is interested. Was this happening when you were trying to add a file to the course from the modules page? 

What type of file were they trying to upload when they received this error message? HERE is a list of the different supported file types. 

Are you able to send us a copy of the file that this was happening with? We would love to test it out and see what is going on there. 

If needed, you can also try to reach out to Canvas support and have them take a look.
