Having a grading issue

Hello, I am an OC Student. I am almost finished with my math class, my grades are still a bit behind and I am getting closer to my future grade goal. But, there's one problem that I have it's the test 5 error. For some unknown reason, I got an x for that due to being not calculated I even tried to tell my professor, and there was nothing I could do at that point. However, I am just shocked that I will not get the excellent grade I will have. Should I be concerned if things like this will continually ruin my chance of finishing my final class or not? Thank you so much for hearing me out today. But it looks like when commenting on that gradebook, things are going to be fine. I hope, any thoughts on that?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with your grades. This question would be best asked to your teacher directly. If there is an issue with the gradebook or your grade specifically, your teacher can make the change. It is difficult for us to tell you what isn't calculating correctly and the "x" you see could mean a number of things.

While asking your teacher is deal, you could contact Canvas Support directly who can look at your grades and explain it to you - although they cannot make any grade changes. Because of the concerns for privacy, you would want to speak with support if your teacher is unable to assist:
