How can I change the "tag" under a task title?

How can I change the "tag" under a task title? In Module view it shows the assignment and under it the "tags" (not sure the actual term for this) of due date, points possible, and then it says "score at least a 10". The points for the assignment are only 5. I can see how to edit/save points for the assignment and I tried resetting that. I can not see how to change the "score at least 10". In another task it gives the title and then says "view" as a cue to tell them what to do with the task. How does "view" get there?

Those tags are module requirements. To add and edit requirements, check out the How do I add requirements to a module? The Manage Required Items step within that guide is probably what you're looking for.
