How do I annotate "Paper View" in Speedgrader?

Is there an internal or external tool I can use to annotate text entry submissions?  Many of my students are not technologically advanced enough to type and submit a Word or Google doc, and therefore only type in the assignment text entry box.  However, I need to annotate their work to mark errors.  Can someone recommend workarounds?

Unfortunately there are no annotation tools in Speedgrader for text entry submission assignments.
