I have teachers who are requesting the nightly sync option, but after further investigating we saw a post talking about how that is only something the customer success manager can enable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @JenniferMay - One of your Canvas Administrators should be able to submit a request to your CSM. Once received by Instructure, it's generally a pretty timely adjustment.
Hi - Your institution is part of the Priority Services, which means there is a full team of CSMs that may help you with account-related questions. Each of the three Canvas admins for your district has the ability to email them directly.

The problem is that I am fairly new here (barely a year in) and my new boss is even newer. There has been a lot of turnover since we first started using Canvas at our district & no one here seems to know who our CSM actually is.
