How to determine ownership of a media file?

One of my predecessors included a video on a page in a Canvas course. The video can be viewed by our students, so no problem there.
However, as a teacher of this course, I can't locate or manage the video itself.
This video is not available for me in the Course Media library, via User Media library or (course) Files. Is there a way to determine the ownership of the video or another way to locate the video file? In html-view I found this identifier (identifier truncated in this message)
<a id="media_comment_m-5rRXhw...........78f" class="instructure_inline_media_comment video_comment" data-media_comment_type="video"

Hi @JopSchaap,
I came across your question when doing a cleanup of the community. As far as I know, a media_comment wouldn't really have an owner, it's more like a part of the course itself. The media_comments are stored on a server unrelated to user or course files though, so I don't believe you'll be able to see them anyways.
I hope this helps a bit, even if it's not an exact answer.
