Could you guide me through how to recover my old original submissions? I re-submitted 3 times. Each time I re-submit my new assignment, Canvas automatically delete my old submissions. I want to recover my original assigned submission with my instructor's comments and feedbacks. I contacted my instructor. She said she can still view all my submissions including my original post with her comments. I kindly asked my instructor to help send me back, She referred me here, so I think her answer is no. I would greatly appreciate if someone encounter the same issue.

Hi @Pandagal,
Unless your school/instructor is using the optional "Assignment Enhancements" feature (and it sounds like they are not), student's only have the ability to see their last submission for an assignment. This is different when compared to a quiz, test, or exam.
Based on that you have two options:

Hi there, @Pandagal ...
The ability for students to see past submissions depends on a setting that is controlled first by Canvas administrators at your school. Then, depending on how your school's Canvas admin chooses to configure the setting, your instructor may/may not be able to turn this setting on/off in each of his/her own courses. The feature is called "Assignment Enhancements - Students". One characteristic of this feature is the ability for you, as a student, to see past assignment submissions. Take a look at this written Guide, for example: How do I know when my assignment has been submitte... - Instructure Community - 416678. Under the section "View Assignment Status", you'll see a box outlined in red (labeled as #4) where it shows the "Attempt" number. This would allow you to review current and past submissions for a given assignment in your course. If your assignment interface does not look like this, more than likely, your school has not enabled the "Assignment Enhancements - Students" feature option for you. This would be a decision that your school's Canvas administrators would make, so you might consider having a conversation with them if you think this would be beneficial for you and your classmates.
I hope this will be helpful in some way. Sing out if you have any questions...thanks!

Doug,
I wanted to say thank you for your thorough instructions and recommendations. Chris H above, Thank you for responding my question as well. You guys are awesome. Today, my professor emailed me back my original post with her comments. She also said that instruction was very helpful.
Following up, I tried Doug's first suggestion. Went to history and found all my posts. I was able to locate my original content, but without my instructor's comments.
I emailed Doug's Assignment Enhancement feature info to my professor. Then, kindly asked her to email me my original file with her comments. I even suggested her to take a screen shot if she can see all my posts and her comments. This morning I received what I needed. Thank you so much!
Glad to be able to help you out, @Pandagal.
