I cannot see any of my assignment grade columns in my gradebook with the exception of the Total Column.

My name is Paul Dadosky, and I am an adjunct professor of IT and business at Ivy Tech Community College. Since about the seventh week of this semester, I started getting blank white space in my grade book columns unless I selected "Hide Total Column" in the View Options.
I have been working with our College IT Support Department who commented that this is "very strange", and that I am one of a few faculty members in the country that is having this problem.
Now, I cannot see any of my assignment columns even though I published them. I can see only the Total Column. I tried checking and unchecking the boxes in View Options and, still, all I can see is the Total Column.
I exported the grade book as a csv and am now tracking my grades on a spreadsheet. However, I cannot see grades for all the assignments - just those assignments that come from McGraw-Hill Connect.
This is finals week. I have a backup plan - having students email me some of the work and grading the rest of the assignments at TurnItIn.com. But I really need a solution to this problem. It is very frustrating!
Thank you.

Hello Paul,
First, an admin in the Canvas Community has removed the attachment that you shared because it contained private information (full names and grades).
Second, the specifics of what you described will probably be difficult for us to assist with in the Community.
- The first thing that I would recommend clearing your web browser cookies, cache, and history.
- The second thing is making sure that all extensions/apps/plugins are disabled in your web browser. If that solves the problem, turn them back on one-at-a-time. If the problem appears again, that extension is causing a problem.
- My third suggestion would be try to use another web browser and see if the problem can be duplicated.
- A fourth suggestion would be to try another user account on the same computer.
- Final suggestion would be to try another computer.
If the problem still happens, you would need to work directly with Canvas Support instead of making a post in the Canvas Community (we are end users and volunteers doing the best that we can to help others out).
Please let us know how it goes.
