I am not sure if this is at all related to your question (I'm not sure what your ISBE Evaluation is because members of the Community don't have access to your course or your school's Canvas environment), but the first thing that came to mind was this Guide:

Since we don't have access to your course, you may need to reach out to your instructor directly to figure out what you need to do.

How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
