Loading Errors

Hello! Canvas will not load anything other than large, unclickable black-and-white icons. I have cleared my cache, cookies, and browser history. I have tried up-to-date and supported versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. I have also tried on my home wifi and school wifi, all with this same result. This problem has persisted for 24 hours now, and no one else on my campus is having this issue. I have an exam to take; how do I fix this?

Hi @LaurenKerber,

You have tried most of the usual troubleshooting steps.  One additional thing that I've seen reported in the community here that could cause that issue is Norton or other VPN software being installed on the computer.  Do you know if you have anything like that currently on your system?  if so, you could at least temporarily remove it to see if the issue goes away.

I do not, I have no VPN software of any kind.

Hi @LaurenKerber ...

In addition to the help you've gotten from @chriscas, I know there's also a blog called What to do when Canvas looks 'big' or 'zoomed in'! that you might want to look through.  Not sure if any of it will help or not, but thought I'd share the link with you.
