Logging into Canvas Issue

Canvas won't load. I can’t use it on my computer but can log into my phone. It let's me log in but then freezes. I cannot see my dashboard on computer. Can I please just get an email or phone number for customer service?

Hi @SarahYacoub ,
Unfortunately, there is no single global support phone number or email for Canvas. Support options will depend on what your school/district/institution have chosen as part of their Canvas subscription. You can check out the How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community article for some general help guidance, but you may need to reach out to someone locally to get the bets help.
If your dashboard is blank or not loading, I'd recommend making sure your computer's operating system and web browser are as up to date as possible, since the most common cause I see of dashboards not loading is out of date software. You could also try an alternate browser (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox should all generally work) if that's an option for you.
