Making Changes to Canvas After the Course is Over

I taught MATH 171 last summer but have a couple of students with an incomplete. I am trying to allow the students to retake the quizzes and exams, but Canvas is not allowing me to make any changes to the course (presumably because the course is over). What can I do to make changes? Do I need to make another course specifically for the students with an incomplete?

Hi @NateParks ,
I recommend that you contact the IT folks at your institution. At my community college, when students need to make up an Incomplete, our IT folks will reopen our Canvas courses for us.
