Math symbols in comments in Quiz

Hello,

I am a math teacher and I´m having a hard time giving my students good comments when they have taken Quizzes because I can not use math terms in the comments. Is there any way that the comment boxes can have the math formula tab so math teacher can give our students better feedback and show them the right way to calculate and use the right symbols?

Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here for a while without a reply.  I think it is because you had posted it to the Canvas Commons Discussion area here in the Community rather than the more general area to ask questions about Canvas.  (Commons is a large repository of share resources from many schools that use Canvas, and it's not related to your question at all, so I moved it for you.)

Your question is something I think would warrant creating a new idea here in the Community.  I'd recommend reading through the following documents under the heading "Ideas and Themes": Instructure Community Guide - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com).  Then, you'll want to head on over to this link: Canvas Ideas and Themes - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com).  Once there, click on the blue "View and Submit Ideas" button.  On the next screen, click on the blue "Submit an Idea" button.  That will get you started creating your idea so that it could be later evaluated.

I know this isn't a direct answer to your question, but I hope it will help to answer your question in some way.  Good luck to you!
