New Analytics - course too big

We've been using New Analytics every week for the past 2 years without issue, now we are receiving an error message stating "Sorry, this course is too large to be loaded"

I'm sorry to hear that, @kevin_sheil. I could not find references to course size in the New Analytics Users hub and the  New Analytics: Known Issues page does not list that either. That page does suggest to report any issues to Canvas Support via your institution's support process.

Ok - not sure where we go from here then, we have a number of courses that have a large number of users enrolled and we can't get any usage data because we keep getting the same error message - 5 people also seem to have had the same question so it's weird to call it not a known issue? Could you point me in the direction of somewhere else to log my issue as we need to keep records of usage.

Do you know what the cutoff number is for when the tool will no longer be effective?

We have this same issue with numerous courses.  This should be on the Known Issues page; if large courses are not able to use New Analytics, that should be made public.
