I do not have an exact answer for you but I believe you are referring to regrading. Is that accurate?
If it is accurate, have you followed the guidance in the How do I regrade a quiz question in New Quizzes? - Instructure Community - 1293 support article?
If you have followed that guidance and are still experiencing a problem, I would recommend either:
- providing us with more information
- reach out to your school's Canvas team
- if available to you based on your school's Canvas contract, contact Canvas Support directly
If that is not accurate, can you please provide us with more information?
