Page Unresponsive: Page will not load.

Morning,

When I am on any unit selected from the Canvas dashboard I continue to get the below message:

 

Page Unresponsive: You can wait for it to become responsive or close the page.

If I wait I get the following error message: Error code: RESULT_CODE_HUNG

I have attempted the following:

1) Tried different browsers - chrome, edge, firefox

2) Updated all browsers, updated computer

3) Tried it at both work on the Wifi and home Wifi 

4) Tried different Canvas sites

It mostly appears to happen when in Modules. I have contacted our School Canvas support at it apparently is not an issue at their end. 

Help!

Hi @KLS3,

It seems like you have done a lot of the usual troubleshooting for something like this already (different updated browsers, different wifi)...  One thing it looks like you may not have tried is using a different device though.  It's possible your device operating system or some kind of other software you have installed (antivirus/anti malware, firewall, etc) is coming into play and could be too old, trying another device could help eliminate this possibility.  side form trying that one last thing, I think you'd likely need to contact Canvas support about this to see what they might have to say.
