Printing out annotated feedback for assignments

How do I print an actual hardcopy of the annotated feedback which my instructor has made directly on my assignment submissions?

Hi there, @AmandaWon ...

Here is a Guide on how you can view annotations from your instructor on the work that you have submitted.  At the bottom of this Guide, there are instructions on how to download the file to your computer ... which includes the annotations.  Once you download the file, you can then open up the file on your computer and print it out.

This does not work on my computer - I get a document with some, but not all, of the annotations, and none of the comments.

Could you be more specific on how to change settings or whatever I need to do to download the feedback?  I'm on a PC.  The feedback is not very useful if I cannot save it.
