Problems uploading Question Banks - QTI

I am trying to upload publisher's QTI question banks to my course. I go through the normal QTI import steps, select create new bank, name it - but nothing uploads.  I also tried uploading to an existing question bank - no questions seem to upload.

What am I doing wrong?

(I use classic quizzes. )

Hi @jwynekoo,

It sounds like you are trying the correct steps as far as I know.  Are you able to select the file to upload, but it just never seems to finish, or what exactly happens when you try to upload?  The details may help someone in the community give you a suggestion.  You could also try to contact Canvas support about this issue to see if they could figure out what exactly is going wrong.  I don't think it's a general issue with Canvas right now, at least not one that I have heard anything about from any faculty at my institution.
