The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

We have installed Accredible to issue certificates to our learners successful completions.
Our learners are now clicking on the module link to take them to Accredible to print out their certificate and it is throwing up an error. I have asked the Accredible support team but they can not find anything wrong. In short my question is: If I re-install the third party link, will this affect the learners I already have in the course?
My course is live and there are over 100 learners in there at different stages of completion.
Any advice greatly appreciated

I am not sure if anyone here in the Instructure/Canvas Community will be able to offer any tips or assistance.
I would recommend reaching out to Help Center to submit a ticket with Accredible or contact your Accredible rep.
