Hi, I have a quiz for a class that does not load when I try to grade it. Students also say that can't access it despite the fact that it's published and seems to work fine when I'm in the test student mode. Can I get someone from Canvas Support to help me?
Hi @marymwillis,
Are you using New Quizzes or Classic Quizzes?
Are you using the upgraded SpeedGrader?
Have you reported this to your school's IT Department, Canvas support team, or Canvas Support directly?
I am asking those questions because the Canvas Community (where you posted this) is a location of Canvas users that help answer questions or provide tips/workarounds but (1) we do not have access to your course and (2) the ability to actually fix problems.

Hi Doug,
I'm using SpeedGrader, and admittedly, this is my first rodeo teaching a course via Canvas. I've reached out to our Instructional Design folks but haven't heard back, and I didn't see how to contact Canvas Support.
Thanks!
Mary
Hi @marymwillis,
If your school's license/contract with Canvas comes with the ability for you (as a teacher) to contact Canvas Support directly, when you are logged into Canvas you will see what methods are available to your role when you click on the "Help" button on the left-side (the same general area where the Canvas "Inbox" is located).
At my school, we pay for 24/7 support for all of your users and they can contact Canvas Support by phone, email, chat, or by submitting a miniture web-based form.

Do the student names show up in SpeedGrader when you try to change between students or are some of them missing? You showed a picture of the test student, not an actual student.
If the names aren't there at all, as opposed to the name being there but the quiz just not loading, then it is may be a missing submission record. Part of the symptoms are the inability for students to see the assignment and missing names in SpeedGrader.
If the names are there but the quiz just doesn't show up even though they've taken it, then it's something else.
Canvas "fixed" the issue (it was related to content that was imported in December / early January) so that new imports don't have the issue. But they didn't fix the issue for those assignments created during that time period. This is the second thing I've read today that sounds like this issue.
