Hello Canvas Community,
I use random questions from test banks. Two different students, in two different quizzes, have received this error message:
"This question was imported from an external source. It was a 'Error' question, which is not supported in this quiz tool\"
The question is 'blank', and shows nothing else other than this error message so the student can't answer the question. Also, because the questions are 'blank' I don't know how to search for these questions and remove them from the test banks. Any suggestions?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with your questions. That is an odd error for sure. I'd try removing the question from the quiz and then re-add it using "find questions"? Is the question broke within the question bank or just the quiz? If none of that works, you'll probably need to contact Canvas Support directly to pinpoint the source of the issue and provide a resolution:
