Remove 'Take the quiz again' once student has achieved 100%

I have a quiz where students must achieve 100% before moving to the next module. I would like to allow them multiple attempts with no time limit necessary.

However, if a student achieves 100%, the quiz still says 'Take the Quiz Again' even though they have achieved the maximum score. It does say 'Score for this attempt: 17 out of 17' but that is not clear enough and has confused a number of my students testing the course.

Any ideas?

@Lisa_Turnston I think this would have to be a feature request as I do not know of anything in Canvas that would do this currently.  I completely understand the confusion but Canvas is just looking at attempts and not scores to display that option to retake.  If there are still attempts left, the option shows.

Thanks Nick! Do you think I should change the survey/quiz type?

I want students to automatically move to the next module when they achieve 100%.

We're not worried about the number of attempts or seeing/grading their answers.

I think it would depend on what the questions are.  Surveys are meant for assessments that do not have a correct answer.  They can be graded but then the points are just automatically given no matter the answer choice/response.  I use these a lot for open ended questions where I just want information and then award a point for them completing it.  If you are wanting actual quiz type questions that have correct answers, then I feel you are doing things correctly now it is just a "flaw" in the way Canvas looks at attempts.

I have a similar question in that I have accidentally assigned an additional attempt to a quiz, and it won't allow me to take it back even though it is not used yet (like assigned it to the wrong person).  I would like a feature that would allow me to put in say a negative amount to remove unused attempts.
