I am an Admin. We had created a staff observer role for our PLC Chairs, and we recently discovered that this role no longer has the ability to View as Student on the Instructor Pages. I am attaching their current permissions. Can anyone assist with what else needs to be checked to bring this feature back for our PLC Chairs?This is an account role. Thanks in advance.

Hi Kristi, the permission you're looking for is 'Courses - update / manage'. This is the permission that allows a user to access Student View (test student account). That permission also allows some other functions, so I'd recommend reviewing the detail on this permission to make sure the full impact is understood before switching it on.
