Rubric Settings Missing

Hello. Perhaps I am missing something obvious, but when I go to edit rubrics, I can't seem to find the five check boxes that used to be there. For instance the check box option to "Use this rubric for assignment grading" or "Remove points from rubric". I've checked both in creating new rubrics and editing old rubrics. Am I just missing something? Where they moved or changed?

Are you accessing your rubric through "Rubrics" in your Course Navigation bar or within the actual Assignment or Discussion?
If you are clicking on "Rubrics," you will not see these options. You need to click on the actual Assignment or Discussion. Then you will see these options. (These options determine how a rubric is linked to an Assignment or Discussion.)
