Sending a module with BookWidget links to a colleague

I have a module that contains BookWidgets exercises. (My institution has linked the accounts, this works fine.)

My question:
What happens to these BookWidgets links when I send a module to a colleague (through the 'send to' function)?
Do the BookWidgets links change to my colleagues BookWidgets ID or does the colleague need to add the links again through their own account? 

Within BookWidgets, we have enabled the sharing option for the class group. Yet, my colleague's student results still seem to arrive in my account only. I know I can e-mail the results to my colleague, but is there a way to skip this step?

Is there an easy way of sharing modules with BookWidgets links in them?

Hi @VolckaertHanne,

When using integrated 3rd party tools, the experience is going to vary widely from tool to tool.  As a. Canvas administrator for. a higher-ed institution, I'd highly recommend that each teacher set up the tool themselves in their own course.  Trying to use the send to/copy to feature with these types of assignments, especially for another teacher, is going to lead to some pretty unpredictable results and scenarios which the tool vendors probably never had in mind when they made their integration with Canvas.

I have found that it does work when:

• The original module you are copying is not published yet at the moment of sending it
• The maker of the original module needs to be a teacher in the course it was copied to
• BookWidget Results sharing is enabled in the new course.
